Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders for customer pickup. Provide positive customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to all relevant laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Handle customer orders from staging, ensure accuracy, and load into cars.
9. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat business.
10. Process orders through the POS system.
11. Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.
12. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
13. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
14. Perform opening and closing procedures.
15. Assist in training new team members.
16. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
17. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
18. Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
19. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
20. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
