Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes transactions, and delivers orders to customers' cars. Responsibilities include scanning, bagging, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality. The role requires adherence to safety standards, proper storage, and cleanliness, as well as effective communication with customers and team members. The associate may also assist in training new team members, manage conflicts professionally, and perform opening and closing procedures.
This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts constructively, act with integrity, follow directions, and support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
