Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items while following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, inspect equipment, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, and supporting customers of all ages and needs.
