Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
4. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines, store products properly, and maintain cleanliness.
5. Use the POS system to process orders, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and maintain organized staging areas.
6. Inspect equipment, report issues, and assist in training new team members.
7. Perform opening and closing procedures, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
8. Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
