Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items while adhering to all standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. The team maintains organization and cleanliness, reports discrepancies, inspects equipment, and assists in training new members. They are expected to meet productivity standards, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity. The role involves supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
