Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The team follows all bagging standards and communicates any order substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety laws, and managing equipment. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
