Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In this role, you will initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders, assemble and process orders, and communicate with customers about substitutions or issues. You will ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and legal standards. Your responsibilities include managing equipment, training new team members, and meeting productivity standards. You must work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
