Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items, and store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Communicate with customers professionally via phone, respond promptly, and load orders into vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support a cooperative, high-paced environment, managing conflicts and acting with integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
