Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items while following bagging standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and legal standards, storing products properly, following instructions, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and supporting new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts constructively, act with integrity, and assist customers of all ages and needs.
