Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, you will initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars. Follow all bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas, follow all safety and food handling laws, and assist in training new team members. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity. Support customers with special needs and perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
