Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas, report discrepancies, and assist with training new team members. The role requires working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflict professionally, and acting with integrity.
