Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone and in-person channels. In a no-haggle environment, you will guide purchases, answer questions and deliver an exceptional customer experience from lead to in-store visit.

You’ll help select vehicles, negotiate terms, and close deals while following up to ensure satisfaction and service handoffs, contributing to strong loyalty and brand trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion via phone, online and in person.
• Guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience.
• Help customers select vehicles and negotiate terms to fit budgets and needs.
