AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone, and in-person channels in a no-haggle sales environment. You will guide buyers from lead response to in-store experiences, delivering exceptional service that drives loyalty and repeat business.

Responsibilities include answering questions, presenting information, and helping customers select the right vehicle while coordinating with the Service department to support ownership experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required or preferred.
• Desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries to transition customers to in-store visits.
• Close deals and ensure exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
