Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle setting. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and steer customers from digital touchpoints to in-store experiences, delivering outstanding service and driving loyalty.

You’ll help customers select vehicles, discuss financing options, and close deals while ensuring a seamless ownership journey that includes post-sale

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Prior sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from phone/internet to in-store experience with a no-haggle approach.
• Respond to leads timely and answer questions to help close the deal.
• Support customers before and after purchase and transition to Service department as needed.
