AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person in a no-haggle environment. You will guide customers from leads to in-store visits, answering questions and ensuring a seamless journey with an exceptional experience.

You'll respond promptly to inquiries, help customers compare options, and coordinate with the service team to support ownership and loyalty through follow-up and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
