Job summary

Critter Control and Trutech is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Georgia to provide excellent support to existing customers and resolve needs in a single call where possible. The role emphasizes relationship-building, data entry, and accurate issue tracking.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a call center or customer service setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Good data entry and verbal skills; type 45 wpm or more
• Proficient in relevant computer applications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and track open issues; inform them of plan/resolution status and follow up for satisfaction.
• Identify escalating priority issues and report to the proper chain of command.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution.
• Enter data into Servsuite CRM to document issues.
• Assist team leads in summarizing trends and open issues.
