Job summary

Join Critter Control as a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service and resolution to customer needs. You will handle incoming calls, track issues, and ensure satisfaction with follow-up communication.

This position offers a competitive compensation package of $18-$18.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to de-escalate an upset customer.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and track open issues.
• Identify escalating priority issues and report it up the proper chain.
• Perform follow-up calls with customers to ensure resolution.
