Critter Control seeks a Customer Service Representative to support the Region’s existing customers, resolve needs in a single call, and ensure satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, data entry, and relationship-building with both customers and team members.

Based in Fredericksburg, VA, the candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, document issues in Servsuite, and help maintain productivity standards while providing excellent service during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Good data entry and verbal skills; 45 wpm or more.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls from existing customers, track issues and update on status.
• Identify escalating issues and report to the proper chain of command.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution.
• Enter data into CRM to document issues.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused service.
