Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a systems configuration and workflow specialist to tailor OnCore CTMS to clinical trial operations, billing, and business processes. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize calendars, financial structures and configurations while driving process improvements.

The role requires hands-on OnCore CTMS experience within clinical research environments, plus strong project and stakeholder management abilities to lead multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Healthcare/Life Sciences or related field.
• 2-4+ years of software implementation experience, including at least 2 years with OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR integrations, and SQL.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills across clinical, operational, financial and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Configure OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
• Ensure accuracy of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
