Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced System Configuration & Workflow Management professional to implement and optimize OnCore CTMS in support of clinical trial operations. You will collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and vendors to ensure accurate calendars, financial structures, and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities include system Upgrades, UAT, validation, and user training, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and documentation across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4+ years of software implementation experience, with at least 2 years hands-on OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHRs, integrations, and SQL.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore modules for trial ops and workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.
• Partner with IT for integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other systems.
• Participate in upgrades, validation, UAT, and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support platform performance.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
• Deliver training to clinical research and operational staff on system functionality.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for OnCore questions.
