Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Systems Configuration & Workflow Manager to tailor OnCore CTMS for clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows. You'll ensure calendars, financial structures, and configurations are accurate and streamlined.

Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Epic, Workday, and other systems; participate in upgrades, testing, and risk assessments; deliver user guides and training to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4+ years of software implementation experience, including at least 2 years with OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR systems, and database tools such as SQL.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across clinical, operational, financial, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.
• Partner with IT teams to support and optimize integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support ongoing platform performance and functionality.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
• Deliver training to clinical research and operational staff on system functionality and best practices.
