Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Systems Configuration & Workflow Manager to tailor OnCore CTMS for clinical trial operations and related financial systems. You will collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and operations to ensure accurate configurations and streamlined processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on OnCore CTMS work, system upgrades, UAT activities, and user training, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and data integrity across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of software implementation experience, including hands-on OnCore CTMS experience.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR systems, financial system integrations, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.
• Partner with IT teams to support and optimize integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, validation activities, UAT, and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support ongoing platform performance and functionality.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
• Deliver training to clinical research and operational staff on system functionality and best practices.
