Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead system configuration, integration, and validation for OnCore CTMS within clinical research operations. You will optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with IT, clinical, and finance teams to enable successful trials.

Responsibilities include upgrades, UAT, troubleshooting, and creating training materials for staff. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of software implementation experience, including at least 2 years with OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHRs, financial system integrations, and SQL.
• Proven project and stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.
• Partner with IT teams to support integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, validation, UAT, and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support platform performance and functionality.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
• Deliver training to staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for OnCore-related questions.
