Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Systems Configuration & Workflow Specialist to configure OnCore CTMS, validate integrations, and support trial operations. You will collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and finance to optimize workflows and ensure data integrity.

The role involves building training materials, delivering staff training on system functionality, and acting as the escalation point for OnCore-related questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4+ years of software implementation experience with OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research workflows and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore CTMS to support trial ops and billing.
• Ensure accuracy of calendars, financial structures, and configurations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline clinical research processes.
• Partner with IT to optimize OnCore-Epic-Workday integrations.
• Participate in upgrades, validation, and risk assessments.
• Provide training and create user guides for staff.
