• 2–4+ years of software implementation experience, including at least 2 years with OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR integrations, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore CTMS to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
• Ensure accuracy of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline clinical research processes.
