Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a System Configuration & Workflow Management professional to configure OnCore CTMS modules that support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.

In this role, you will partner with IT to optimize integrations with Epic and Workday, participate in upgrades and validation, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials to empower clinical research and operations staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
2-4+ years of software implementation experience, including at least 2 years with OnCore CTMS.
Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR systems, and financial system integrations.
Experience with database tools such as SQL and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Configure OnCore CTMS modules to support clinical trial operations and billing workflows.
Partner with IT to optimize integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other systems.
Support upgrades, validation activities, UAT, and risk assessments.
Develop user guides, training materials, and deliver training to staff on system functionality.
