Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a System Configuration & Workflow Management specialist to customize OnCore CTMS modules for clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows. You will partner with IT and clinical staff to ensure calendar accuracy, integrations with Epic and Workday, and support testing, validation, and user training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (CS/IT/Healthcare Administration/Life Sciences or related field).
2–4+ years in software implementation with OnCore CTMS experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR integrations, and SQL.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.
Partner with IT teams to support integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday and other systems.
Participate in system upgrades, validations, UAT, and risk assessments.
Develop user guides and deliver training to staff on system functionality.
