Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a System Configuration & Workflow Manager to support OnCore CTMS implementations for clinical trial operations. You will configure OnCore modules, validate system calendars and financial structures, and streamline processes across clinical, operational, and IT teams.

Responsibilities include system integration with Epic and Workday, participating in upgrades and UAT, and delivering training materials to staff.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on OnCore CTMS experience and strong clinical research knowledge.
• Experience coordinating across clinical, operational, financial and IT teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore modules to support trial operations and workflows.
• Validate calendars and financial structures, ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with IT to optimize integrations with Epic, Workday and other systems.
• Develop training materials and deliver user training to staff.
