Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, healthcare admin, life sciences, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in software implementation, including at least 2 years with OnCore CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR systems, financial system integrations, and SQL.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.
• Partner with IT teams to support and optimize integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
• Deliver training to clinical research and operational staff on system functionality and best practices.
