Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales professional in Phoenix, AZ to join a nationwide team. You will develop and manage an assigned territory, building relationships with physicians and health care professionals to improve access to rare disease therapies.

The role requires a BA/BS, 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, oncology experience, and willingness to travel up to 60%. An MS is preferred and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution (MS preferred).
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 1+ years of Oncology experience or 3+ years of Clinical Oncology, Oncology Diagnostics, Oncology Supportive Care, Oncology Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Care skills and direct physician interface.
• Ability to travel; overnight/weekend travel may be required; territory-based role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory through a comprehensive business plan.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with top targets.
• Plan activities to maximize access and sales opportunities within key accounts.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Understand health care delivery systems, physician hierarchies and access stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with Oncology executives and decision makers; align needs with opportunities.
