Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions company, is seeking a field-based sales professional in Henderson, NV to develop and manage a designated territory and provide patients with life-changing therapies. You will work within a nationwide team to drive product access and physician engagement.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5+ years in biotech/pharma or 3+ years of high science specialty sales, with Oncology/Hematology experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years biotech/pharma and/or Biologic/Specialty sales experience; or 3+ years of high science specialty experience with complex products
• Oncology or Hematology experience a plus
• Proven success in product launch and sales targets
• Expertise in account-based selling and managing complex sales processes
• Self-starter with high performance standards and initiative

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with top target customers
• Plan/organize activities to achieve call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities
• Deliver current clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Navigate complex hospital/IDN/GPO structures while aligning with cross-functional teams
• Develop understanding of health care delivery system within each customer account
• Deepen knowledge of customer accounts, strategic goals, and access stakeholders
• Develop partnerships with Oncology executives and decision makers
• Engage accounts to achieve access in line with sales goals
