Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking an accomplished biotech/pharma sales professional to join a nationwide team in managing an assigned territory. You will drive life-changing therapy access for patients with rare diseases and execute integrated territory plans to maximize sales.

The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in biotech/pharma or related high science sales, and a proven track record in launches and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years biotech/pharma and/or Biologic/Specialty sales experience; or 3+ years of high science specialty with complex products.
• Oncology or Hematology experience a plus.
• Proven success in product launches and sales targets.
• Expertise in account-based selling and managing complex sales processes.
• Strong communication, analytics, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory through an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan activities to meet call metrics and optimize coverage to maximize access and sales.
• Deliver current clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive utilization.
• Navigate complex hospital/IDN/GPO structures; align with cross-functional partners.
• Develop understanding of customer accounts, goals, drivers, and challenges.
