Job summary

Syneos Health in Phoenix seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative focused on oncology to drive growth in an assigned territory. You will partner with healthcare providers to deliver life-changing therapies to patients with rare diseases and manage a regional selling strategy.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales, strong oncology background, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel up to 60%. A BA/BS (MS preferred) and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and/or biologic/specialty experience.
• 1+ years of Oncology experience or 3+ years in Clinical Oncology, Oncology Diagnostics, Oncology Supportive Care, Oncology Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Care skills and direct physician interface.
• Willingness to travel; regionally based selling role with travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by implementing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations with focus on top target customers.
• Plan activities to achieve call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Deliver current clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive appropriate product utilization.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each customer account, including goals, value drivers, and access stakeholders.
• Build strategic partnerships with Oncology executives and key population health decision makers.
• Engage accounts proactively to align with established sales goals and create innovative partnership opportunities.
