Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director to drive relationships with leading academic institutions, clinics and IDNs in the Chicago area.

You will lead account strategy, coordinate cross-functional selling activities, and promote the product with key decision makers. The role requires extensive commercial medical experience, oncology knowledge, and a proven track record in complex academic and community settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Commercial Medical Device/Biotech/Pharmaceutical sectors.
• 3+ years Oncology experience.
• Specialty GPO experience.
• Proven track record in top-tier sales and account management.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare system and processes.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with target institutions, clinics, and key influencers.
• Create account profiles detailing protocols, product placement, and decision makers.
• Execute in-person and virtual selling activities aligned to account plans.
• Coordinate strategy with internal teams to expand product use.
• Consistently achieve or exceed territory targets.
• Represent products professionally and ethically; manage admin tasks.
