Syneos Health, Inc. in Kansas City, KS, seeks a Regional Business Director to lead relationships with academic institutions, clinics, IDNs and GPOs.

You will drive demand and access by engaging influencers and decision-makers, and coordinate selling activities across priority accounts within your territory. You will implement in-person and virtual sales strategies, build account profiles, and ensure ethical, compliant representation while consistently achieving territory targets.

Formación

• 8+ years in Commercial Medical Device/Biotech/Pharmaceutical
• 3+ years Oncology experience
• Specialty GPO experience
• Strong key account management in complex academic and community accounts
• Documented top-tier sales accomplishments
• Knowledge of healthcare system processes and dynamics
• Willingness to travel with valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions, clinics, and influencers within accounts
• Build and manage account profiles detailing protocols and decision-makers
• Use in-person tactics to promote sales, discuss contracts, and provide clinical information
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account needs and expand product use
• Consistently achieve or exceed territory target goals
• Represent products in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner
• Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time
