Syneos Health is seeking a National Program Director in New Jersey to lead account management, sales growth, and contract performance for oncology, rheumatology, and immunology product launches. You will build and oversee a high‑performing national field organization, directing 2 Regional Directors and 20 Corporate Account Managers to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales including 7+ years in leadership.
• 10+ years of account management experience with proven success in contracting and performance metrics.
• Experience with biologics/biosimilars and product launches; buy and bill experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare institutions.
