Syneos Health, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based commercial sales team and drive the launch of a rare disease product.

You will develop regional business plans, recruit and mentor a KAM-led team, and build strategic relationships with hospital systems and key stakeholders. You will articulate clinical, pharmacoeconomic, and business value, monitor performance, and coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Operations to ensure commercial

Competenze

• 10+ years of proven success in Life Sciences.
• 4+ years of first-line sales leadership.
• Experience launching products in rare disease or specialty markets.
• Strong ability to engage clinical stakeholders and influence adoption.
• Deep understanding of access, reimbursement and formulary dynamics.

Mansioni

• Hire, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing regional sales team.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with a launch strategy.
• Build Strategic Account plans with each KAM and drive pull-through.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders, C-suite included.
• Present clinical, pharmacoeconomic, and business cases to customers.
• Monitor region performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Operations.
• Navigate payer and access teams to support prior authorization and reimbursement.
