Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a field-based Key Account Manager to engage oncology providers in your territory and expand access to clinical trials. You will educate oncologists, hematologists, and related specialists on our AI-powered trial matching capabilities and concierge services, guiding referrals and enrollment.

In this field-based role, you will build and sustain relationships with community practices, track interactions in CRM, travel frequently for in-person visits, and work collaboratively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, account management, or sales with healthcare providers (ideally oncology or hematology).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to educate healthcare providers and build trust.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM platforms.
• Ability to spend 70-75% of time visiting oncology providers within your local territory, with additional travel for conferences.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Existing professional network within oncology provider community is required.
• Direct experience driving referrals/adoption is a plus.
• Familiarity with EMRs, NGS testing, or digital trial matching technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your assigned region (community and non-trial-site settings).
• Educate providers on Massive Bio’s AI-powered matching tools, pre-screening workflows, and concierge support services.
• Support identification of trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices to introduce services and maintain engagement.
• Spend 70-75% of time in the field visiting oncology providers within your local territory.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback from providers to internal teams to improve service offerings and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with internal operations, clinical, and data teams to support trial referrals and provider onboarding.
• This position follows a remote work model with a home-based office in your territory and frequent local travel for in-person provider visits.
