You will drive referrals and enrollments by building strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and related specialists across the United States. This field-based role requires 70–75% travel, remote/home-based work, and deep knowledge of oncology care pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations or sales with healthcare providers.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to educate providers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely.
• US citizen or permanent resident required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncology providers in assigned territory.
• Educate providers on Massive Bio’s AI-powered trial matching and referral processes.
• Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct in-person and virtual visits to oncology clinics and community practices.
• Track provider interactions and referrals in CRM systems; report outcomes.
