Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive physician awareness and adoption of clinical trial services among oncology providers who are external to the trials.

You will educate oncologists, hematologists, surgeons, and other specialists on trial matching capabilities and guide them through referral and enrollment processes. This field-based role requires building provider networks, conducting in-person visits, and maintaining engagement with clinical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of field-based provider relations/outreach/account management with healthcare providers (ideally oncology/hematology).
• Proven ability to educate healthcare providers and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your assigned region.
• Educate providers on AI-powered trial matching tools and concierge services.
• Support identification of trial opportunities aligned with contracts and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices.
• Spend 70-75% of time in the field visiting oncology providers.
• Track physician interactions and referrals in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support trial referrals and onboarding.
• Remote work with a home-based office and frequent local travel.
