Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, account management, or sales with healthcare providers.
• Experience in oncology or hematology preferred; clinical research a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to educate providers effectively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of remote, independent work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Willing to spend 70–75% of time visiting oncology providers in the territory.
• US citizen or permanent resident; existing oncology network in state/territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your region.
• Educate providers on AI-powered matching tools, pre-screening workflows, and concierge services.
• Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices.
• Spend 70–75% of time in the field visiting providers within your territory.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and communication.
• Coordinate with internal operations to support trial referrals and onboarding.
