Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking an Oncology Provider Account Manager to expand adoption of its AI-powered clinical trial matching services among oncology providers.

You will travel locally, educate physicians, build networks, and drive referrals while working remotely. This role requires 3+ years in field-based provider relations in healthcare and a passion for expanding patient access to trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations or sales with healthcare providers.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to educate providers.
• Willing to travel 70–75% and work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your assigned region.
• Educate providers on Massive Bio’s AI-powered matching tools, pre-screening workflows, and concierge support services.
• Support the identification of trial opportunities aligned with Massive Bio’s contracted studies and geographic targets.
• Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices to introduce services and maintain engagement.
• Spend at least 70–75% of your time in the field visiting oncology providers within your local territory.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback from providers to internal teams to improve service offerings and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with internal operations, clinical, and data teams to support trial referrals and provider onboarding.
• This position follows a remote work model with a home-based office in your territory and frequent local travel for in-person provider visits.
