Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, confirms identity, and provides information related to visits.
• Performs check-in and check-out functions as directed.
• Updates patient identification and insurance details; completes patient registrations as needed.
• Obtains patient consents/authorizations.
• Collects co-pays and past-due balances; processes payments and end-of-day cash duties.
• Schedules appointments and informs patients of delays or changes; may float to other departments.
