Job summary

GSK is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for providers, patients, and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding and ongoing access through reimbursement and support solutions.

In this role you will educate on coverage, assist with prior authorizations, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and Benefits Specialists while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation in Salesforce Health Cloud. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20% with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC guiding providers and patients through onboarding, access, and ongoing therapy.
• Educate on payer coverage, prior authorization, and cost-sharing.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
