Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC for oncology patients and providers, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey within the territory.

You will educate on coverage, coding, and payment policies, assist enrollment in GSK services, and collaborate with Specialty Pharmacy, REMS vendors, and back-office Benefits Specialists while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Travel up to 20% and maintain records in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or related programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with payer policies and patient assistance programs is a plus.
• Residency near territory preferred (within 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff across onboarding and ongoing care.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Support enrollment in GSK services and guide offices through requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy in all communications.
