Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC for oncology patients and providers, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing support across the portfolio.

You will educate on payer coverage, perform benefit discussions, manage enrollment through PAP, and document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud per program standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and travel up to 20% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and coverage.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support patient enrolment in GSK services, including PAP, and guide through enrolment requirements and consent capture.
• Document all interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM within program standards.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and internal compliance; ensure separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities.
