Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 20% and hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience with payer coverage, prior authorization, and access criteria preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP offices on coverage and access.
• Educate on payer policies, enrollment, and GSK Patient Support Programs.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud with HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and internal teams to resolve access barriers.
• Capture adverse events and ensure accurate case documentation.
