Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC for providers, patients, and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys.

You will educate on coverage, reimbursement, and patient support programs, manage enrollments, and coordinate with back-office partners while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, educating on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies; support prior authorizations.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain compliant, HIPAA-adherent records.
