Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, insurance verification, prior authorization, or access.
• Travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff; provide approved information on oncology care, benefit discussions, and program resources.
• Conduct welcome calls and ongoing touchpoints; explain end-to-end patient experience per program guides.
• Assist patient enrollment in GSK services; guide through enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Provide program education on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Resolve access cases; explain benefit investigations, prior auth requirements, and appeal pathways.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud; maintain compliant records.
