Qualifications

• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or insurance navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights, and hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience with CRM and case-management platforms (prefer Salesforce Health Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC guiding providers and patients on coverage, reimbursement and support.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and access program use.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain accurate case records.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
